This is the last week of Mental Health Awareness Month, and this week’s theme is community support for mental health matters.

At Ain Dah Yung Center, we know that when youth feel supported, valued, and connected to their community, it can serve as a powerful protective factor for mental well-being and su***de prevention.

That’s why ADYC is proud to support and participate in the American Indian Metro Su***de Prevention Coalition (AIMSPC), a community coalition working to strengthen protective factors like positive community relationships, empowerment, and positive identity for Native youth and families.

If you’d like to get involved in building stronger community connections and supporting Indigenous youth well-being, please visit www.AIMSPC.org
