MCLA's Board of Directors and staff spent the day together engaging in strategic planning, strengthening relationships, and discussing priorities for the year ahead.
These conversations help ensure that our work remains responsive, impactful, and grounded in the needs of Latino Minnesotans across the state.

June is LGBTQ Pride Month, a time to celebrate the history, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ communities.

Pride Month commemorates the 1969 Stonewall Uprising and recognizes how LGBTQ individuals shape our communities and the world.

We also celebrate the many contributions of LGBTQIA2S+ Latinos, whose leadership, advocacy, and experiences continue to strengthen our communities and advance equity and inclusion.
