SD44 volunteers were at the Kids In Need Foundation in Little Canada yesterday. We packed nearly 300 boxes full of school supplies that will be sent to underfunded classrooms, and we had fun doing it!

We won the DFL primary for Minnesota Senate District 44! I’m honored and grateful to everyone who made this victory possible.

Over the last several months, our campaign knocked more than 7,500 doors across North St. Paul, Oakdale, Maplewood, Little Canada, Landfall, and Pine Springs. We listened, shared our vision, and built this campaign one conversation at a time.

This district is home. I grew up in Oakdale, went to our local schools, and serve on the ISD 622 School Board. I’m running to bring that perspective to the State Senate and fight for the communities that raised me.

Together, we’re building a strong coalition committed to strong public schools, making Minnesota more affordable, protecting our environment and clean water, and building strong, safe communities while standing up to federal overreach.

This victory belongs to everyone who knocked doors, put up signs, donated, shared our message, and believed in what we’re building.

Now, we’re focused on November. We have a lot of work ahead, and we’re ready to keep building this coalition and win in November.

SD44 volunteers were joined by our friends in SD47 and our future First Gentleman of Minnesota, John Bessler, at Today's Harvest in Maplewood. This organization is a zero-barrier grocer that makes sure that everyone who needs fresh food is able to get it, no questions asked. They are doing work that is becoming more essential in all of our communities, and it was a great opportunity to give back. Thank you to everyone who was able to make it out!
