Your participation in this evaluation is very important, as these surveys are part of our performance framework with our authorizer and used when evaluating our school. Our Kindergarten–5th grade students have been exploring the beauty of Korean poetry! 🇰🇷✍️

Students created their Korean-inspired poems, and their wonderful work is now proudly displayed in the school hallways as a special exhibit. From thoughtful words to creative artwork, each piece reflects our students’ creativity and appreciation for Korean language and culture.

Sejong families are warmly welcome to stop by and enjoy the exhibit during upcoming school events. We hope you take a moment to celebrate our young poets and artists!

🎓 Sejong Families, the end of the school year is almost here!

Join us in celebrating our graduating seniors at the 12th Grade Graduation Ceremony on Friday, May 29th from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Sejong Academy Gym.

Let’s come together to honor the Class of 2026 and celebrate all of their hard work and achievements. 💙

We are so proud of our Sejong Academy Samulnori Team!
Last Friday, our students were invited as guest performers at St. Paul Academy and Summit School's Middle and High School Art Assembly. They performed twice on a beautiful professional theater stage — under full lighting — showcasing the traditional Korean music they have worked so hard to master.
Watching our students perform with such confidence and energy in front of a large audience is truly something special. The Sejong Academy Samulnori Team continues to grow as proud cultural ambassadors of Korean music and tradition, one performance at a time.
We couldn't be more proud of everything they have accomplished! 🇰🇷✨

Attention Sejong Community!
May 21st is the final day of the after-school. Starting from Tuesday May 26th to Thursday, June 4th all buses will leave at 3:30PM and all parent pick-up students should be picked up at that time.

From April 30 to May 2, our Samulnori team traveled to Chicago to participate in the World Language Festival! Our students had the incredible opportunity to perform on a big stage and share the energy of Korean traditional music with a wide audience.

Beyond the performance, the team had in-depth instrument lessons and Nanta classes at KPAC, as well as exploring the city of Chicago together. It was a wonderful trip that brought our team even closer and strengthened the bonds that make us who we are!

Our Samulnori team had an amazing time last Monday at Normandale Community College's International Culture Day! We were honored to be invited to perform and share the beauty of Korean traditional music with the community.

Beyond the performance, our students enjoyed a wonderful day exploring diverse cultural experiences put together by Normandale students, as well as a campus tour. It was a truly enriching experience for everyone! 🌏✨
