Six public hearings are scheduled throughout June and July at chapter houses and community facilities across the Navajo Nation. The Zoom information will be posted on the 25th Navajo Nation Council's website under the meetings/agenda tab.

The hearings provide an opportunity for community members to share input, ask questions, and help shape budget priorities that affect programs, services, and government operations across the Navajo Nation. Public testimony and hearing transcripts will be compiled and included in the FY2027 Comprehensive Budget Report submitted to the Navajo Nation Council.

The public hearing schedule is as follows:

Written comments may also be submitted to Shural Notah at [email protected] or Tatyana Billy at [email protected].

The FY2027 Comprehensive Budget establishes appropriations and expenditures for the Navajo Nation government programs, departments, and services.
