CSRA Honor Flight will be offering opportunities to veterans, their families, and volunteers to travel to Washington, D.C. to visit Veteran memorials.

There will be four flights for 2026-2027. The deadline to register for the first flight is August 1, 2026. The first flight will be on Saturday September 12, 2026. The other flights are TBA.

Come join the celebration as the U.S. Army turns 250! The South Carolina Military Museum is hosting a free, family-friendly Army Field Day this Saturday in honor of this historic milestone.

Bring the whole family out for a day of exciting, hands-on activities! Kids will have the chance to learn artillery crew drills, take part in drill and ceremony exercises, and enjoy live cannon demonstrations. It’s a fun and educational way to experience Army history and traditions up close.

The event is open to the public and is a great opportunity to connect with members of our military and veteran community here in the Midlands.
