Our Story
We Believe... God is vested, deeply and personally, in the plight of the "orphan" - and in all who are defenseless and less fortunate. We believe that God calls his people to join Him in this, sharing His passion by providing treatment, restoration, and empowerment of children, youth, adults and families. We believe in the effective integration of the Christian faith and professional practice in all agency services. We believe that our ministry of providing services in a manner that gives glory and honor to God while also demonstrating respect for religious and cultural diversity is a calling to serve His cause. We believe that as a community of caring people, we can work together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, youth, adults and families. We believe that each person has a right to safety, permanency, and well-being through enhancement of his/her social, physical, psychological, educational, and spiritual needs. We believe that every person has a right to be treated with dignity, respect, equality, and compassion. Our Vision... "Our vision is a community where children, adults and families have the support necessary to lead safe and meaningful lives." Our Mission... "It is our mission to demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by protecting and enhancing the safety and well-being of persons from all backgrounds and across the continuum of life through the effective integration of the Christian faith and professional practice throughout all agency services."
