What an incredible evening it was!🤩

Our "Comedy for a Cause" fundraiser has officially come to a close — and what started as a simple idea turned into a full house filled with energy, laughter, and purpose. Seeing so many of you show up, support, and believe in YouLEAD was truly powerful ✨

A huge thank you to our amazing performers - Richard Fursman, Thomas Michael Esch, and Andrey Madan - for bringing humor, storytelling, and heart to the stage. Your performances made the night unforgettable.

To everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and helped bring this event to life - thank you. Your presence and support mean more than words can express.

Because of you, we are one step closer to welcoming 17 Ukrainian students to Minnesota this summer for a life-changing experience filled with leadership, connection, and growth⭐️

This night was a reminder that even in difficult times, community, laughter, and shared purpose can create something truly meaningful!

Comedy Night Fundraiser for YouLEAD🇺🇸🇺🇦

We’re inviting you to a special evening where comedy supports a meaningful cause.

Over the years, many of you have supported YouLEAD — through hosting students, donations, encouragement, and belief in our mission. This event is another way to continue that support🫂

On May 28, we’re hosting a Comedy Night Fundraiser in Saint Paul to support 17 Ukrainian students coming to Minnesota this summer (August 9 – September 13) as part of the YouLEAD program.

The night will feature a unique lineup:
Richard Fursman returns to stand-up after 40 years away from the stage.
Thomas Michael Esch performs as Father Vito with a mix of humor and storytelling.
Andrey Madan opens the evening with an immigrant perspective on life in the U.S.

A Heartfelt Thank You — Sauna Fundraiser for YouLEAD 🇺🇦

What a special event it was. Thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and made it so meaningful.

A special thanks to Brad and Laura for opening their beautiful home — their warmth and hospitality made the evening truly unforgettable. From the cozy indoor space filled with food, laughter, and conversation to the bonfire outside, the atmosphere was incredible.

Guests enjoyed authentic Ukrainian food, cultural games, and genuine connection.

Every dollar raised will support Ukrainian leaders guiding their communities through war and rebuilding. YouLEAD invests in youth who will help Ukraine not only survive, but thrive.
