At the Beattie Mansion we strive to include all visitors in a memorable way. HOWEVER
As a privately owned entity we can refuse service to anyone who doesn't adhere to simple rules. The basics at check in,
----- AND~~
We will not accept ANY visitors who arrive in an enebriated state....thats drugs or alcohol.....OR a nasty attitude.
Respect is earned by being decent.
So be decent or don't come visit.

Our spirits don't like bullies.
Neither do we.

An fyi!! We have a security system with sound and lighting. We monitor 24-7 for everyone's and our- protection....that said, its CRAZY the things you can hear and see We've gotten so much information from our system! A huge shout out to Nicholas Smith for your help and service. Its invaluable for our well-being!@

Beattie Mansion is the most active haunted place I have ever been. We have fiesty spirits, and loads of others. But if you are looking for DEMONS, please look elsewhere. There is NO DEMONIC presence at the mansion. Negativity was eliminated years ago.. Anyone living person who was ever hurt there did so at their own making. We do not have demons here.
We cannot allow conjuring, provoking, summoning or sceances of any kind, as our benevolent, vulnerable and child spirits seek refuge there, not abuse. Our activity is at an all time high simply because we encourage interaction....and respect. That does not include tormenting or provoking anyone, living or dead.
