❤️Hands-Only CPR is simple and can help save a life.

If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse:
1️⃣Call 911
2️⃣Push hard and fast in the center of the chest
3️⃣Continue CPR until help arrives or an AED is available

Aim for a rhythm of 100–120 compressions per minute — about the beat of many popular songs, most commonly known is Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees.

Taking action is always better than doing nothing.

🚑June 1–7 is National CPR & AED Awareness Week — a reminder that knowing what to do in an emergency can help save a life.

Cardiac emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere, and immediate action matters. Learning CPR and how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) can make all the difference before first responders arrive.

This week, take a few minutes to learn, refresh your skills, or encourage someone else to get trained. You never know when you may be called upon to help.❤️

☀️May 29 is Heat Awareness Day☀️

As temperatures begin to rise, now is the time to prepare for the dangers of extreme heat. Heat-related illnesses can happen quickly, especially for older adults, young children, outdoor workers, and pets.

🌡️Stay safe by:
• Drinking plenty of water
• Taking breaks in the shade or air conditioning
• Wearing lightweight, light-colored clothing
• Never leaving children or pets in vehicles

Even one hot day can be dangerous — stay informed, stay cool, and stay weather aware this summer.
