The St. Joseph Housing Commission invites sealed bids from hotel owners, storage unit owners, and contractors for the Lake View Terrace Highrise Emergency Plumbing Replacement and Renovation project. Request for Proposal (RFP) packets will be available from Thursday, August 4, 2022 through Thursday, August 11th, 2022. The RFP packets can be sent via email, by emailing Tammy Payne at [email protected]. A hard copy is available at Lake View Terrace high rise, 601 Port Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085. The office hours are Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The St. Joseph Housing Commission invites sealed bids from contractors for the Lake View Terrace Highrise Emergency Plumbing Replacement and Renovation project. Request for Proposal (RFP) packets will be available from Monday, June 20, 2022 through Tuesday, July 12, 2022. The RFP packets can be sent via email, by emailing Tammy Payne at [email protected] or a hard copy is available at Brooks Architectural, 5844 Red Arrow Hwy, Stevensville, MI. The office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The cost of the hard copy plans and specifications is $25.

There will be a COVID-19 vaccination/booster clinic tomorrow, June 2nd, from 1-5 p.m. at Lake View Terrace Highrise. This is open to the community and all participants will receive a $25 gift card.

The SJHC is providing a significant amendment to the CFP five-year action plan. A Special Meeting of the St. Joseph Housing Commission is scheduled due to a lack of a quorum at the regularly scheduled meeting. The Special Meeting of the St. Joseph Housing Commission will take place at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th floor in the library at Lake View Terrace Highrise.
