If you’re 18 years of age or older and live in the Northeast Kingdom, we invite you to please participate in this anonymous, voluntary survey and have a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards!

The Financially Secure Collaborative Action Network (CAN) of NEK Prosper! is working to create a space in downtown St. Johnsbury that connects community members to a variety of community services and offers opportunities for people to meet their financial goals – whatever those might be. Your responses to this survey will help us understand what’s important to you as we design the hub’s offerings.

After completing survey, which will only take about five minutes, you will be able to enter a drawing for one of the five $100 gift cards. The drawing will take place after the close of the survey (August 31, 2020).
