Happy Labor Day's eve friends and neighbors. It appears I need to be crystal clear about package drop offs.
DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED OUTSIDE OUR SHOP, OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (OR ANY OTHER TIME). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LEFT ABANDONED, AND UNSECURED.
We had the same individual leave two large packages for us to find this afternoon. I just happened to come across them as I was grabbing something from the shop. One package I can process tomorrow, the other has another "postage required" label on it. The package left the other day should be making its way back to the individual, as I gave it to the post office. It should be returned for postage due. With this new package, I've taken steps for the individual to come and get it.

Our apologies to anyone who hadn't seen our Pack'n'Ship is closed fore the holiday weekend. It's allowing us a chance to stretch, and gave Curtis a chance to prep... Curtis spent the afternoon offiating over a Viking/Norse inspired wedding.

If you left a large "postage due" package for return against hour door after hours, you can come collect it tomorrow. It won't go out without postage. I'm surprised we found it. Your lucky it wasn't stolen.

Have you initiated an Amazon Return and the originating shipper asks you to pay for the return shipping to them? The shipper telling you your refund will be processed once the they have received your return?

Contact Amazon [888-280-4331], and let them know. Amazon will either arrange to send you a label for the return, or refund you for the return and tell you to keep the item.

Just taking a moment to highlight our Dry Cleaning Pick UP/Drop Off service brought to you by DeNoia's Dry Cleaners out of Morrisville. Articles for dry cleaning need to be dropped off by 10am Wednesday mornings to best guarantee they make are picked up by DeNoia's. Pick up is usually available by early afternoon. If you've provided a phone number with your clothing, we do try and let you know your clothing has returned, if we can find your number.

Our Pack'n'Ship shop at 75 Eastern Ave in St. Johnsbury, is now a drop off/pick up location for DeNoia's Dry Cleaners. Drop off of cleaned items, and pick up of items needing to be cleaned will be every Wednesday.
Currently men's dress shirts are $2 off. Also... While most items are ready in a week's time, leather, furs, and wool rugs take about a month, as they are sent to Canada for service.

Good morning, friends a neighbors... Due to the Recent The Caledonian-Record article about the FedEx Express Hub, and thereby it's customer counter closing at the end of September, it seems we need to offer a point of clarification. St. Johnsbury isn't losing it's access to FedEx, 802Notarize has always offered FedEx shipping and parcel drop off, at its pack and ship store... Additionally, no FedEx closing doesn't mean we are closing too. We continue to offer FedEx, UPS, ad USPS shipping along with being a drop off for your parcels destined for these carriers. We also take Amazon returns (Choose UPS Drop Off *Box and Label Required)

Hey folks, I want to take a moment and talk about Amazon returns. I had a customer ask me the other day *Now that Staples is closing did I know anywhere else that accepted Amazon returns? (?!)

We accept Amazon returns... we always have. I have encountered frustration from individuals who have initiated a return as an "Amazon return" only to have to redo the process, at our shop, to change it to a UPS return, so we can accept it.

*Amazon returns - When initializing a return, choose "UPS Return - Box & label required". "Box" simply refers to the item's packaging... We have poly-plastic envelopes we can put your return in. For returns that need a box, and a little packing, we ave that too. We are also able to print your return label if you are unable to print it yourself, you simply have to email it to us.

*"Why can't we take Amazon Returns with "The UPS Store" QR code?" - Amazon and The UPS Store had a contract where franchise locations were given the means by which to scan the codes and generate mailing labels.

*"When will 802Notarize become a The UPS Store franchise location?" If we chose to go the route of becoming a TUPSS franchise, we would no longer be able to sell or accept USPS or FedEx shipping/packages.
