Our office will be closed Monday February 16th in observance of Presidents Day. We will reopen on the 17th at 8:00 a.m.

Our office will be closed on Monday January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr Day. We will reopen on January 20th at 8:00 a.m.

Our office will be closed on December 24th - 25th, December 31st and January 1st in observance of Christmas and New Years. We will reopen on January 2nd at 8:00 a.m.

On December 16th the office staff will be in a training from 11:30-12:30. Hearings that are scheduled that day will still be held.

In observance of the 4th of July holiday Clinton County Probate Court will be closed on July 4, 2025. We will reopen on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. The Probate Court staff wishes everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.
