ATTENTION ST JOE RESIDENTS, next Saturday 3/28/26 at approximately 10 am in the neighborhood of the fire department. Based on some complaints of sewer odor we will use our fog machine and pump harmless smoke into the sewer system , if you have a sump pump connected to the sanitary sewer it will need to be disconnected and ran into your yard. Sump pumps are illegal to be connected to sanitary sewers. If you experience this smoke into your home on the morning of the test you will have to investigate where it’s coming from and contact a local plumber to repair your drain system. ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS IN ST JOE AND SPENCERVILLE!!!
This Thursday 2/26/26 & Monday 3/2/26 the driveway to our building will be closed due to concrete trucks pouring foundations, please try to avoid making your monthly payments on these two days. Sorry for any inconvenience but there will be about 43 trucks in this area doing their work in a timely manner. We will have men in the driveway and on the road guiding traffic both those mornings. Drive with caution please!

Just a reminder that we are doing smoke testing at the corner of Widney and Washington streets Saturday at 10 am, a message has been left with Concord Fire Department in advance. Also we have been having phone and internet issues at the plant, am hoping to have those sorted out in the next few days. Thanks. And be sure to have all your tub and sink drains full of water in their traps. If you experience any of this white smoke please notify me and we can find a reputable plumber to assist you.

For the residents who live near the intersection of Widney and Washington streets we will be smoke testing the sewer lines on December 20th at about 10 am, make sure you have water in the traps/drains of your sinks, and tubs . Also any sump pumps connected to the sewer system are not allowed and need to be disconnected and ran into your yards. The smoke test is white smoke and is harmless . If your traps and pipes are good and working correctly you shouldn’t have any smoke enter your home. If you do have smoke enter your home please contract a Plumbing service to correct your homes pipe venting issue. Thank you!
