Yet another system will spread a wintry mix of precipitation across northern Michigan late tonight and Saturday. Most of this will fall as rain in northwest Lower Michigan, but a wintry mix, including freezing rain, is expected in eastern upper Michigan, and is likely in parts of north central and northeast lower Michigan. Significant ice accumulations are again possible, especially in the eastern UP. Hazardous travel could return, and localized tree damage and power outages are possible. A Winter Storm Watch is currently in effect for the eastern UP.
