Today! Join us Tuesday, June 23 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. for an OSU Master Preservers Gauge Testing and Pickling Presentation.

Every fourth Tuesday through August, the OSU Extension Service Master Preservers will be available to test the gauges on your pressure canners. They will also give presentations on different food preservation methods. In June, they are talking about pickling.

This event is part of our 2026 Summer Library Challenge programming. You do not have to have a library card or be registered for the Summer Library Challenge to participate in this event (although we think everyone should sign up for the Challenge!).
