Thank you to St. Helena Resident Stanley Raggio for your letter in this week's edition of the St. Helena Star in support of Measure B!

"Thereโ€™s a reason our mayor, vice mayor and all current council members support Measure B. After careful analysis and weighing the pros and cons, they understand the importance of balancing different priorities to create a diverse, inclusive city, one that respects the past at the same time as it pivots to the future. A Yes vote on Measure B is good for St Helena."

Thank you to all who joined us for our morning meet-up on Measure B! We had many great conversations, including with St. Helena resident and President of the Napa Valley State Parks Association, Cathie Warner, pictured here with Noble House CEO Jamie Colee. We're grateful for all the interest and enthusiasm for Measure B and the St. Helena Resort project! We have one final meeting planned for next week: Tuesday, October 29th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at our Campaign Headquarters, located at 1150 Main Street. If we weren't able to connect with you this morning, we hope to see you Tuesday evening!

Thank you to Main Street business owner Rachel Williams for supporting Measure B! The decline in foot traffic on Main Street is evident from business owners like her who watch Main Street day in and day out -- we need more visitors to support our local businesses. Help our local businesses get the foot traffic they need, along with the additional resources City Hall needs to improve our community's infrastructure (paid by visitors, not locals!) by Voting YES on Measure B!

A big thank you to St. Helena City Councilmember Pat Kenealy for your letter in the St. Helena Star. "Measure B's hotel will produce city revenue starting in three to five years, but that money will all come from visitors.

To get back to basic fiscal balance โ€” at current city spending levels โ€” we need A1, A2 and B to pass...Measure B will get the city a new showcase hotel from a responsible developer that has taken real steps to fit into the city and the valley environment."

Thank you to St. Helena City Councilmember Anna Chouteau and former Councilmember Lester Hardy for your endorsement and support of Measure B! "To revitalize Main Street, create affordable work force housing and all the other things the city does to support the quality of life in St. Helena, the city needs significantly more revenue...We urge you to vote yes on all three of our revenue measures. Much depends on this." You can read Councilmember Chouteau and former Councilmember Hardy's entire letter by clicking on the following link to their letter:

Thank you to 28-year St. Helena resident and Main Street business owner Erin Martin for your support of Measure B! Up and down Main Street, business owners are joining residents, community leaders and most recently, the St. Helena Star Editorial Board, in supporting Measure B.

The initiative has been carefully evaluated, and it's benefits are clear -- millions in new revenue to repair downtown streets and sidewalks -- paid by visitors, not locals.

BREAKING NEWS: The St. Helena Star Editorial Board agrees: Yes on Measure B!

"One year ago Saturday we urged St. Helenans to keep an open mind about a proposal to build a luxury resort at Charles Krug Winery. We strove to remain open-minded ourselves as the process unfolded...Weโ€™ve concluded that Measure B is good for St. Helena...from our faltering downtown economy to our ailing city budget, weโ€™ve learned the consequences of saying no over and over. Itโ€™s time to say yes...This is the right project in the right place, proposed by the right applicants. Passing Measure B is the right choice for St. Helena."
