COMPOST HOURS AND AVAILABLITY
Richfield Township is currently working on a resolution for the compost to help assist residents to get to the compost during non office hours/weekends. The Maintenance Supervisor will be available to take cash/check payments and GET RESIDENTS ACCESS TO THE COMPOST OVER THE WEEKEND DURING COMPOST HOURS. Township elected officials apologize for the confusion,inconvenience and the changes. In addition, there will be a staff member on site at the compost so if there is any questions or concerns. Please reach out to staff. Elected officials will continue to look into this project and make changes as needed.

* Richfield Township reserves the right to change the hours and days of operation as necessary.

* Richfield Township reserves the right to change the opening and closing of the season as necessary.

* The fee structure will be reviewed and established from time to time by the Township board.

* Richfield Township Compost site may be under video surveillance.

Hours of operation for the compost are Tuesday 7-4 pm, Friday11-6 pm, Saturday 11-6 pm, Sunday 11-2 pm. CLOSED Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for maintenance in the compost area.
