Washington County School District surplus vehicle auction!

The auction opens at 8:00 am on Tuesday, May 19th.

The auction will run for 9 days closing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 27th.

You cannot enter a bid until the auction opens on Tuesday morning.

Please go to the auction site and look at the vehicles available. You can see more information on each vehicle by clicking on it. If you are interested in bidding, you will need to set up an account so you are ready to go. Instructions are on the auction site.

How does Extended Bidding work?

If an item receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for 3 additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time. This allows bidders to relax during the end of an auction knowing they'll have time to enter a new bid if they're outbid in the final 3 minutes, making it easier to maintain their lead on one or more items.

A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item.

An exact bid is the amount you want the item's current selling price to immediately jump to. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.

Some items are featuring a Buy It Now option, which means if you click the Buy It Now button, you have purchased that vehicle for the set price listed.



Vehicle will not be released to the buyer until payment is completed.

Payment must be made, in person, to Rachel Terry at the district office,

121 W. Tabernacle, St. George, M-F 7:30 am to 4:00 pm MDT.

Congratulations to Pine View High School senior Kiera Sam Fong for being nominated for Sports Illustrated High School’s National Girls Athlete of the Week! 🎉

Kiera continued one of the greatest throwing seasons in Utah history this week, sweeping the Region 9 Championships in all three throwing events — shot put, discus, and javelin. She also recently became the first girls' athlete in Utah state history to break the 50-foot mark in shot put. 💪

This recognition follows another historic showing at the PACS BYU Invitational, where she swept all three throwing events and shattered Utah records in the process.

Congratulations to Barb Christensen from Three Falls Elementary for being recognized by the ResilientYOU Program for having a Resilience in Education Model Classroom! 👏

Last month, Gov. Spencer J. Cox declared April as Resilient Utah Month, highlighting the importance of building resilience and supporting student well-being across the state.

The ResilientYOU Program partners with the PTA, Utah Association of Elementary School Principals, and the Utah Student Services Association to recognize educators making a positive impact in their schools and classrooms.
