🚑 Trauma Training Opportunities in Vandalia! 🚑

Kaskaskia College is hosting upcoming Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) courses at the Vandalia Education Center.

These nationally recognized courses are ideal for:

✅ EMS providers
✅ Nurses & emergency department staff
✅ Fire & rescue personnel
✅ Healthcare professionals involved in trauma care

The EMS Institute awarded Gage Miles, EMT a $2000.00 scholarship to pursue a Paramedic degree. Gage received his EMT licensure through the EMS Institute 3 years ago and has worked at RuralMed Fayette County Division for those 3 years.

RuralMed EMS and The EMS Institute is hosting an EMERGENCY VEHICLE OPERATIONS COURSE (EVOC) in St.Elmo.

We would like to open the course to any EMS, FD or PD personal who is required to have a driver course for their employment.

*THIS IS A FREE COURSE*

Course is 8 hour beginning at 9:00am with classroom and hands on driving. You will recive a certificate.
