The office will be closing tomorrow Friday 06-12-2026 at 11am as I have an ENT appointment for my daughter at 1 and my pyscho-motor testing at 6pm for my EMT license. I am taking half a day to panic study before my test! Wish me luck and I will be back in office on Monday!

Tomorrow, Wednesday June 10th, the City Hall will be closed from 7:30 to noon. As the weather postponed the power pole replacement on Friday. Loup Power is replacing power poles near the fire hall, and will have to turn off the power to my office! I will be open in the afternoon.

☀️ Keeping Our Pool Fun & Safe for Everyone! 🏊‍♂️
We love seeing everyone splash around and enjoy the summer weather! To make sure our pool stays a safe and happy place for all families, please remember a couple of important guidelines:

Keep it kind: Please use family-friendly language. Foul language is not tolerated. expecially in the sexual manner.
Play safely: No rough-housing, pushing, or running on the deck.

If anyone forgets these guidelines, the swimmer will be asked to leave for the day. If the behavior continues, they will be banned for amount of time determined by the significance. Parents will be contacted also!

ATTENTION: Saint Edward Nebraska Volunteer Fire Department will be burning the ditch north of the park this afternoon to assist in erosion control! We are grateful for the fire deparment burning this because we are going to put grass seed down, and the fire department gets continued training!

So please thank them for helping us, and there is no uncontrolled fire!

The City Hall will be closed tomorrow Friday May 29th, due to Loup Power having to replace some power poles, and having to cut power to my office. I will be working from home on non computer items, if you need assistance, please message me Shelbie Schulte or call my cell phone- 308-940-1686!

Don't be that person! It has been two weeks since the messages went out; If you have not already contacted the city office about your bill, please reach out today! I am going to have the guys start shutting off water next week, if I have not heard from you!
There is a $25.00 disconnect fee and $25.00 reconnect fee!!

As we are getting ready for the pool opening; the lifeguards will be down there the next couple days in the afternoon for anyone wanting to sign up for pool passes. Also, I am able to sign you up at the city office if you can catch the lifeguards down there.
