We are experiencing low water pressure and increased daily usage. Please inspect your premises, including basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor faucets, for water leaks. Report any issues to the Clerk's Office at 309-998-1527 or, outside business hours, to Brian Kinsel at 309-338-3144.

UPDATE: The drop box at the clerk's office is back in service. We appreciate your patience during the downtime. You can now use the box for payments again!

Due to inclement winter weather, the payment drop box at the clerk's office is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, a leak has made it impossible for us to accept payments via the drop box at this time. As an alternative, customers can make payments in person with the clerk on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10am and 2pm, over the phone during office hours, or by submitting checks and money orders to the St. David post office box 424. We regret the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. ❄️☃️🥶
