1976 COLD CASE: IVEND OLGAR HOLEN
The United States Postal Inspector and the FBI are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the Kimball Post Office bombing. An explosive device was detonated at the Kimball Post Office on May 13, 1976. At approximately 6:30 a.m., Assistant Postmaster Ivend Olgar Holen (age 60) died as a result of the explosion.

The US Postal Inspection Service may pay a reward of “up to $ 100,000” for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the mailing of the bomb in which an employee was subsequently killed.

The St Cloud Police Department is attempting to identify and locate the vehicle pictured below that was driven by a young female (estimated to be 18-20 yrs old) that was involved in a hit and run. The vehicle will have significant damage to the passenger side and a window and mirror missing. The vehicle fled when the other party involved said they need to contact the police.
Video of the incident appears to show the front license plate on the driver's side dash.

St Cloud Police Department is looking for the public's assistance with information regarding a trailer that was taken from 3333 West Division St. The trailer is a flatbed Delco trailer with MN license CSP6453.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE: MARENIO WILLIAM KENNEDY

On December 16th, 2020, Marenio William Kennedy (age 21) was shot in an apartment in the 4000 block of 24th Street South in Saint Cloud, MN. It is not believed to be a random incident.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE: MYRTLE VERA COLE
On December 12, 1981, Myrtle Cole (age 81) was found dead as a result of multiple stab wounds. She was found in a bedroom of her residence alone in the community of Fairhaven.
Law enforcement personnel believe that they are in possession of evidence that will lead to the identity of the suspect in this case.

MISSING PERSON: JOSHUA GUIMOND
Joshua Guimond was last seen at a party on the north end of St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN at approximately midnight on November 10, 2002 and had left to walk home to his on-campus apartment in the St. Maur House and has not been seen since.

According to family and friends, it is very unusual for Joshua to not let others know of his whereabouts. Joshua Guimond’s car was found on campus. Josh has a 4” vertical scare on his shoulder and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray St. John’s sweatshirt.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE:
DAMIEN MAURICE TAPPER (no photo available)
On November 1st, 2000, a drive-by shooting occurred on University Drive just west of the University Bridge. Damien Maurice Tapper (age 22) was driving eastbound at the time he was shot. Witnesses report the shots came from another moving vehicle, also driving eastbound.
