LOOK! ST. Cloud WATER was deemed “UNACCEPTABLE” by the Florida Department of Enviormental Protection. During the third quarter of 20 22 samples were taken that had high amounts of Trihalomethanes and Haloacetic Acids. It has been found that people who drink water containing both of these have a higher risk of getting cancer. Please read this entire notice and share with any St Cloud residents.

One of the residents in our neighborhood has offered to make a website for Cypress Preserve. It will be another way for residents to stay in touch with each other, answer questions and share ideas. It will also allow us to post HOA documents that residents will be interested in. (minutes from meeting, bylaws, ARB forms, newsletters)

Looking for a Landscape Company! Did you know we have one right here in our community??? Paul lives on Cypress River Rd. and has been doing our yard for a few months now and he is awesome! We did not know how to take care of our St Augustine Grass and it was dying and now its finally coming back to life. He also saved one of my trees my dad planted in the back yard. He is awesome!
