Burger Local

One of the best gourmet burger shops around. Everything they make here is really good. They serve other dishes besides burgers as well.

Ambiance: Very Clean nice size restaurant. Really interestingly decorated and always busy on a weekend night. 5/5

Food: All of the food here is cooked to perfection. You literally can not go wrong ordering anything off there menu. They have a large selection of burgers that are far from basic. I highly recommend the tater tots. They are amazing 5/5

Price: For the quality and combination of high end ingredients I think they are priced just right. Some might find them a little expensive for a burger, but they don't serve just your average basic burger. Worth the price for me. 4.5/5

Would I go back? Yes and often

As the page keeps growing. I would like to remind and let people who are new know. I do this for fun. I will only review restaurants that I like. I do not get paid to review. I purchase every meal. You won't see negative reviews on this page because I only review restaurants I enjoy and have eaten at several times. As always keep the recommendations coming.

Vino Thai
Have been going here for quite awhile now. If you haven't tried them yet give them a try. Best Thai food in the area

Ambiance: Very Clean Small restaurant. Tends to fill up fast and a little loud at full capacity. Decorated nicely. 4.5/5

Food: Best Thai outside of Thailand. I have tried just about every item on there menu and they are all amazing. There curries and fried rice are exceptional. They also serve an amazing bubble and Thai tea. 5/5

Price: Is on par with a nice Chinese restaurant. There weekly Lunch special can not be beat. I recommend dining in as you get a complimentary bowl of soup. Its a very tasty chicken soup 5/5

Would I go back? Yes, I have been eating here almost 10 years now since they opened.

Have heard great things about this place for a while now so I figured give them a try. Reminds me of your old school hot dog stand. Small menu and hot food

Ambiance: No frills interior that's always clean. What you would expect from an old school hot dog stand. 4/5

Food: Food is always hot but a little greasy. There Fresh cut fries and beef sandwiches are what sets them apart from a place like portfolios. Great place to eat after a night of drinking. 3.5/5

Price: Food is fairly cheap for the portions you get.

Would I go back? I would go back if I was in the area or wanted a quick good cheap lunch.

El Molcajete on Third

Have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal. I think they are the best Mexican restaurant in Geneva.When talking Mexican food in Geneva Bien Trucha and A Toda Madre are what most people think of. While great restaurants, I feel El Molcajete is often over looked.

Ambiance: They used to be located on 31 and fairly recently moved to 3rd street to a much bigger space. Inside is always clean and decorated nicely. They also have a huge patio that is great to eat food on a nice day. It is on the second floor of the Berry House so it is a little weird to get too if your not familiar with the area. Also parking is scarce. 4 of 5

Food: The food here is really good with a wide variety of items. I have eaten everything on there menu and the food is of the same quality as Bien Trucha but with less show. I like the more traditional dishes executed very well and larger portion sizes. 5/5

Price: pricing is what you would expect going to a nice sit down Mexican restaurant. This is a good place to go if you want a great meal and not break the bank. 5/5

Would I go back? Of course I would go back. This is an often overlooked gem of Geneva. If you haven't tried them give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Nobel House

You can not miss there bright blue sign and smell of meats smoking. This is a regular lunch spot for me. You really cant go wrong with nobel house. Everything on there menu is homemade and unique. Menu items include Poutine, Oysters,Smoked wings, and a 45 day aged Burger.

Ambiance: Very clean with a nice looking bar. Lively but not to loud crowd. Wait staff is generally very good but sometimes slow 5/5

Food: Everything is scratch made. Lots of classics but with a little twist. 4.5/5

Price: Pricing is what you would expect from a nice sit down restaurant in downtown Geneva. Portion size and quality make the prce well worth it. 4/5

Would I go Back? Yes this is on my weekly lunch rotation. They do a great job on take out orders.
