Mrs. Mankin’s class enjoyed an end of the year Bubble Gum Day. Her students learned about the invention of bubble gum and how something so simple became such a fun treat over time. They wrote down step-by-step directions for how to blow a bubble and then followed their own instructions. There was a lot of laughter when those “steps” needed a little revising!

In honor of Better Speech and Hearing Month, our staff enjoyed a special Hydration Station just for faculty! 💧💙 Staying hydrated supports overall health, including vocal care and listening stamina—something educators use all day, every day.

Victory belongs to the teachers! 🏆⚽ Our staff pulled off another win in the annual Teachers vs. 5th Grade Kickball Game! The 5th graders gave it their all and kept the competition close, but the teachers managed to hold on to their championship title for another year. 😄 The cheers, laughter, and good sportsmanship make this yearly tradition so much fun!💙

Congratulations to our 5th graders on graduating from the D.A.R.E. program! 🎓👏 Throughout the program, students learned valuable lessons about making safe and responsible choices, building confidence, and showing leadership. We are proud of their hard work and thankful for the officers and teachers who helped make this experience meaningful and memorable. Way to go, graduates! 🚔💙

Our Pep Squad had a claw-some time at Super ClawDom! 🎉🕹️ Students enjoyed testing their skills on all the claw machines, winning prizes, and spending time together making fun memories. It was a day full of excitement, laughter, and lots of stuffed animals!

The second grade classes had an unforgettable day exploring the history of our community during their field trip to the Chalmette Battlefield! Students enjoyed learning about the Battle of New Orleans while walking the historic grounds and making real-world connections to what they’ve been studying in class. What a fun and educational adventure! 📚

Our Circus-Themed Art Show was a huge success, and we are so proud of all of our talented student artists whose amazing artwork was on display for everyone to enjoy! From colorful creations to incredible creativity, our students truly stole the show. 🎨⭐

A special thank you to our Ringmaster, Dr. Turnbull, for helping make the night such a fun and memorable event, and to our wonderful Art Club members for all of their hard work behind the scenes. ❤️

Families enjoyed viewing the student artwork while celebrating with cotton candy, balloons, and lots of smiles. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our young artists! 🎈🍭🎪
