📢 Important for voters: The races for County Commission Districts 2 and 4 are Universal Primary Contests for the August 18, 2026, Primary Election. This means all registered St. Johns County voters are eligible to vote in these races, regardless of party affiliation. 🗳️

For this year's elections:
▪️ St. Johns County now has 55 precincts - an increase of 2!
▪️ St. Johns County has 42 Election Day polling places, due to two precincts being co-located

📬 Updated voter information cards have been mailed to voters whose Election Day polling place has changed.

Beginning at noon on June 8, and ending at noon on June 12, the St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections Office will accept qualifying papers for county, municipal, special district, and community development district offices.

Pursuant to Section 99.061(8 ), Florida Statutes, pre-qualifying papers have been accepted since May 26, 2026.

This year, our Voter Outreach Team had the privilege of visiting every St. Johns County public high school, as well as the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and St. Gerard Campus, to help empower the next generation of voters.

During these visits, we collected 1,972 voter registration applications – the highest number ever collected by our team in a single school year and more than 300 applications above the 2024/2025 school year milestone! 📈👏

To all graduates: we are incredibly proud of your accomplishments and excited for what comes next. Stay informed, remember that your voice matters, and know that every vote counts. 🎓

Qualifying papers for county, municipal, special district, and community development district offices will begin being accepted at the St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections Office May 26, 2026, pursuant to Section 99.061(8), F.S. The candidate qualifying period begins noon, June 8, and ends noon, June 12.
