If anyone has further information about this tragic occurrence or about the kayaker, a Mr. Gilyana please contact ANY of the organizations in this release including of course Sector Jacksonville.

This tragedy mright have been averted by considering weather and sea conditions before traveling, taking appropriate safety equipment when going out, staying with your group (E.G., not venturing far away on your own during difficult circumstances). PLEASE follow good safety procedures when on the water n any craft.
