During Mental Health Awareness Month, the St. Ann Police Department wants to remind our community that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Many people silently struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, or feelings of hopelessness. You are not alone, and help is available.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or thoughts of su***de, simply Call or Text 988 to connect with a trained crisis specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential support for anyone in need.

Checking in on family, friends, neighbors, and especially our elderly and veterans can make a difference. Sometimes a simple conversation, kind word, or listening ear can help more than you realize.

The St. Ann Police Department values you!
