August is Substance Use Primary Prevention Month! This month, NMC’s Population Health Team has been out in the community sharing prevention resources, supporting healthy choices, and connecting with youth and families at events across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.

Whether at National Night Out in Swanton, the St. Albans Pride Summit, FNESU's Staff Convocation, Alburgh's Back-to-School Night, or through our partnership with The Café Youth Center to host a youth-planned Teen Back-to-School Carnival in Richford, we're working with local partners to help create healthier, stronger communities for everyone. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside schools, community organizations, families, and community partners to advance prevention efforts throughout Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
