Queens County Young Democrats (QCYD) The official home for Queens’ Young Democrats✨ Empowering Queens kids to lead and serve. President:

The Queens County Young Democrats are the youth arm of the Queens County Democratic Party. We are a part of the national organization called Young Democrats of America and are composed of young adults ages 16-36 who live, work or go to school in Queens. These young adults have an interest in promoting the ideals of the Democratic Party, so to keep the organization unified we do not choose sides in Democratic Primaries. We instead develop youth participation by:

- Developing networking events to build important relationships among young adults
- Hosting educational panels to discuss the major topics of the day and speak with leaders in those debates
- Engaging the community through voter registration efforts, issue advocacy and community service efforts
- Supporting Democratic candidates by petitioning for them to appear on the ballot, and by helping them in the General Election when they face opposition
