THE SAGUACHE COUNTY LAND USE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 2:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2022 TO PREPARE FOR AND ATTEND THE SPECIAL SESSION, EXECUTIVE SESSION WITH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND PLANNING COMMISSION. THE OFFICE WILL RE-OPEN AT 2:30 P.M. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY.

The Saguache County Commissioners have cancelled the Land Use portion of the Work Session that was going to be held on September 19th, 2022 for the Elaine T. Johnson and Steven M. McDowell Zoning Change Application and the discussion concerning Planning Commission meeting held on August 25, 2022. Based on review of the zoning change application regarding the cell phone tower, community service building including commercial kitchen, offices, conference rooms and outdoor storage facilities, it has been determined the application must be resubmitted separating the proposed uses in that some of said uses require a conditional use process.

The Saguache County Planning Commission Meeting will be having their regular meeting at the Saguache County Road and Bridge meeting room on August 25, 2022 starting at 5:00 p.m.
