Some more career development from your Carrollton Firefighters today. We traveled with Kochville Fire Department to Oakland Community College for active fire simulators. We had the opportunity to go through multiple drills practice new tactic and strategies and get the opportunity to work with our mutual aid partners as well as instructors from Oakland to learn different ways to approach situation.

A little career development today for a few of our firefighters. Taking the time to attend the Step Up and Lead seminar with Chief Frank Viscuso from New Jersey. It was an amazing learning opportunity and gave everyone some ideas to take home. On behalf of Carrollton Township Fire Department we would like to Thank Viscuso for coming out and sharing his stories and lessons with us today.

Last night a few of our Carrollton firefighters were invited to attend Saginaw/ Tuscola County Medical Authority's award ceremony. We were very grateful to join the event and get to meet with everyone in attendance.

Our condolences go out to Ray Dzuba's family and loved ones. After 34 years on Carrollton fire and 20 years with Zilwaukee fire Ray influence many lives in the communities he served. You will definitely be missed. Rest easy brother, we'll take it from here.

Yesterday a few of our own got to participate in the Carrollton Middle School career day. We rather enjoyed getting the opportunity to join our community and get the opportunity to show our youth the differant opportunities and career paths they have as they grow older.
