Lots to do this week at Saegertown Library!

This Wednesday 9/16 is the return of our Weekly Preschool Storytime! Join us on Wednesdays at 1030am for songs, stories, and fun with Miss Aimee and Miss Judy. Preschool Storytime @ SAL

This Thursday 9/17 is the return of our biweekly Library Lapsit programming! Join us every other Thursday at 11am starting 9/17. This is a modified storytime for children ages 0-3 and their caregivers (mommy, daddy, grammy, etc). Library Lapsits @ SAL

Finally, this Saturday 9/19 PennState Master Gardener Terri will be here at 11am to share info and tips on how to deal with those pesky weeds in your garden. PennState Master Gardener @ Saegertown Library

Our Saturday Crafternoons @ SAL are back this Saturday 9/12! Drop in between 12-3pm to make watercolor butterflies with us. You can either take the butterflies home to keep or leave them here with us, where they will be hung in our children's room!

We will be open on Saturday 9/5 from 9am-1pm. We will be CLOSED on Monday 9/7 for Labor Day.

We can't thank our Saegertown Library community enough for the support you gave us during this year's Crawford Gives! We received a record total $12,945.50 from 75 donors. We are truly humbled and grateful for your support!

Our power is back on and we are at full service once again!

In the words of Rocky from Project Hail Mary, "Amaze! Amaze! Amaze!" We are so thankful for every dollar that has been donated to us via this year's Crawford Gives! It is such an amazing thing to wake up and see that you all have given our library over $11,500 so far during this year's event. If you haven't had a chance to give yet, today is the final day to donate! Your donation supports lifelong learning through educational programming offered for free for learners of all ages.

You can support Saegertown Area Library by donating online at https://crawfordgives.org until 11:59pm tonight. You can still also donate via check. Be sure to make it out to Crawford Heritage Community Foundation. You can drop checks off here at the library BY 3PM TODAY or take them directly to the Crawford Heritage Community Foundation office at 415 Chestnut Street in Meadville.

We have reached our goal!!!! THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to Saegertown Area Library so far during this year's Crawford Gives! We couldn't do what we do without your support.

If you haven’t had a chance to give yet, there's still time - head on over to https://crawfordgives.org by 11:59pm on Friday 8/21 to donate.

Your gift made during Crawford Gives is worth more for our library thanks to the event’s prorated matching. Every dollar given helps support our library in doing all that we do for free - free programming, free books, free space, and more!

WOW! We are SO close to reaching our goal of $10,000! A huge THANK YOU to those who have already given to us during this year's Crawford Gives! Your donation to Saegertown Area Library helps us keep our shelves fresh with new book releases and other new materials that everyone can borrow with a CCFLS library card!

You can support access to new books, dvds, and other materials at Saegertown Area Library by donating online at https://crawfordgives.org NOW through tomorrow - Friday 8/21.
