We are proud to announce an exciting milestone for Health Professions High School! 🎉

Our first cohort of students has officially enrolled in the UC Merced PACE Community Health Worker Program!

This milestone powerfully reflects our long-standing mission and vision: to improve health outcomes in the Sacramento region by increasing the diversity of future healthcare leadership.

By participating in the PACE Community Health Worker program, our students are gaining industry-recognized training, strengthening their professional skills, and taking meaningful steps toward careers that will directly impact the communities they serve.

We are incredibly proud of these trailblazing students for leading the way and setting a powerful example for future cohorts. 👏

Thanks to SCUSD leadership support and funding from K-16 Collaborative, and the Golden State Pathway Program, the future of healthcare leadership starts here — and it starts with our students. 💙
