Ah, service at last! We are luck enough to have the day off and venture into town for the Super Bowl today. The team finished up their work at Whitewater Preserve on Thursday afternoon and will begin working at Lake Silverwood Monday for the next week. Everyone is quickly adjusting to our new outdoor lifestyle but with the gorgeous views around us it's been quite easy! Take a look at some of the photos our team members have snapped while hiking!

We made it safe and sound the Southern California! We're spending the night in a motel and tomorrow we set up camp and begin orientation!

Tomorrow's the big day for us Green Beans! We will be heading off the the Pacific Crest Trail to work with the Pacific Crest Trail Association for the next 8 weeks. We are so excited and promise to keep in touch when we have internet access!

Sorry things have been quiet here but we are finishing up our training and excited to get back to work with the Sacramento Gardens Wednesday... The countdown till we're working with the Pacific Crest Trail Association is down to 2 weeks! We can't wait!
