Did you know PHCD is an ACHD - Association of California Healthcare Districts certified health care district? Every three years, the PHCD must reapply for certification and show proof of compliance on all required criteria to become recertified – a distinction only secured by a portion of California healthcare districts. We’re thrilled to report that this year PHCD was once again granted certification as a health care district that fosters excellence in board governance, transparency and best practices. We remain committed to our mission to improve the health and well-being of our community.
