Legislative Update: SB 1407 (Archuleta)

SB 1407 amends the state’s Personal Income Tax Law exclusions for certain federal retirement pay and annuity payments by increasing the maximum excluded amount, adjusting eligibility income limits for inflation and extending the exclusions through earlier years.

The bill has passed the Senate and is under consideration in the Assembly.

Proceeds from the plate will support qualified children’s hospitals throughout the state.
