At SRG Senior Living, The Fountain of You is not only a philosophy for residents, it is the heartbeat of our communities. It lives within every interaction, every act of care, and every moment of connection thoughtfully created by the people who serve here each day. Our team members are more than caregivers and hospitality professionals. They are cultivators of joy, dignity, belonging, and possibility. They help residents rediscover passions, celebrate individuality, and continue becoming who they are meant to be.

When you believe life can become richer with age, the work becomes more than a role. It becomes a calling.

At SRG Senior Living, we believe the best chapters of life are still being written.

Our new campaign, The Fountain of You, celebrates a simple but powerful truth: the essence of who you are doesn't fade with age—it deepens. Within each of us is a wellspring of passion, purpose, wisdom, and possibility waiting to be nurtured through meaningful connections, new experiences, and a
supportive community.

In this short video, you'll hear directly from residents and team members about what makes life at an SRG community so special—from friendships formed on day one and flexible dining that fits your lifestyle, to wellness opportunities, engaging activities, and a genuine sense of belonging.

Because senior living isn't about slowing down. It's about embracing a new chapter filled with opportunity, growth, and the freedom to focus on what matters most.

Aging in place is really about keeping life familiar while knowing support can grow with you. 🤝

Our residents can enjoy the freedom of independent living without the weight of home maintenance, cooking, or keeping up with a house alone. If needs change, familiar team members and added support are already close by, helping the transition feel less overwhelming and more like the next right step. It is independence with more ease around it.

Working in senior living means something different when the company behind you believes in the work. 💛

At SRG Senior Living, every department plays a part in creating a place where residents are cared for, and team members feel supported in doing that care well. This video is a look at the purpose behind the work, the pride our teams carry, and the culture that has helped SRG earn Great Place To Work recognition year after year.

The best activities aren't always handed to residents. Sometimes, residents build them! 🌟

At SRG Senior Living, a walking club can start with one person wanting to move more, a new group can begin with one shared interest, and staff are there to help make the idea happen. Resident-run activities give people a real say in community life, with more chances to meet others, try something new, and create the kind of day they actually want to be part of.

Senior living isn’t defined by a place—it’s shaped by the people who bring it to life.

The energy. The individuality. The stories that make each day feel meaningful.

At River's Edge, an SRG Senior Living community, our residents create a lifestyle that’s vibrant and personal—where you’re free to live fully and authentically.

Because this isn’t about fitting into a mold.
It’s about becoming more of who you are.
