Sacramento County WIC, Women, Infants and Children We’re here for the kids! We help families learn about nutrition and health to improve the lives of children. We also provide benefits for healthy foods!

The Sacramento County WIC program helps pregnant women, new moms, and young children eat well, stay healthy, and be active. You will receive:

* Vouchers for free, healthy foods
* Nutrition information for you and your family
* Breastfeeding support and assistance (Funded in part by First 5 Sacramento)
* Referrals to community programs
