Meet Nalee! Nalee is a Program Manager in our Pathways to Permanency program and has been part of the SSYAF team since 2020. She has a background in Social Work and Healthcare Administration. She brings a rich blend of experience in child welfare, education, youth services, and community resource navigation, offering a caring, supportive approach that empowers the children and families we serve.

Before stepping into her leadership role, Nalee supported youth and families involved in the child welfare system as both a Youth Permanency Worker and a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids recruiter. She has built strong relationships with high‑acuity youth, families, county partners, and community supports, helping them overcome barriers to permanency through family finding and connection building.

Fun Fact: She loves to cook, fish, and spend time with her family.

Nurturing young minds means giving kids opportunities to experience creativity, connection, and wonder. Sometimes, it’s as simple as watching an artist bring a little chalk and imagination to life.

Our youth from our Post‑Permanency Youth Social Club are kicking off the school season with creativity. They decorated pencil pouches, made their own bookmarks, and played back‑to‑school‑themed games. It was the perfect way to enjoy the final days of summer while getting ready for the new school year ahead.
