🚨 Federal Education Funds Withheld
This week, the U.S. Department of Education notified California that it will withhold billions in congressionally approved funds for schools—including Title programs critical to student equity and achievement.

📢 CASBO CEO Tatia Davenport responded powerfully:

“By withdrawing those funds, our district leaders will be forced to reduce staff, delay programs, and cancel services for students who need us the most… Reinstate the funds. Release the dollars. And do so immediately.”
