It’s API Heritage Month!
“Everything Everywhere All At Once” is a beautiful film and a glowing representation of the work being done by the California Film Commission in funding stories that are representative of the people of our state. 👏🏼👏🏼

This Friday May 26, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures will be hosting a conversation with the Oscar-nominated costume designer behind the film, Shirley Kurata. Moderated by Sophia Serrano, curator of the Identity gallery where costume, makeup, and hairstyling take center stage.

"What makes us cool, ultimately, are the sincere and interesting and unique things that we create and do and believe in." -Shirley Kurata
