We’re excited to reconvene virtually on Wednesday, March 11th from 6:00–7:15 PM, and can’t wait to gather again. Please be sure to register (LINK IN BIO) to receive reminders and updates.

These gatherings are sacred, intentional spaces for Black women to engage in real conversation, authentic connection, healing, and sisterhood. Together, we explore life, relationships, parenting, self-love, wellness, purpose, and the inner work that helps us grow.

Most importantly, this is a safe space.
A space to exhale.
A space to be heard.
A space rooted in compassion and grace.
You don’t have to have it all together. Just come as you are.

✨ Come check in.
✨ Come connect.
✨ Come heal in community.

We’re building something powerful, and your presence matters. We can’t wait to see you.

Dear Community,

We want to share that the Let It Go, Sis! support group meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 11th has been postponed.

At this moment, we’re realigning and strengthen our foundation so that what we offer next is rooted in clarity, care, and deep intention. Safe spaces deserve to be tended with the same love we pour into the people who gather within them, and this pause allows us to do just that.

Please know this is not a step back,it’s a breath before what’s next. Our commitment to creating spaces where Black women can gather, heal, and be held in sisterhood remains unwavering. We are actively preparing for what’s ahead and are excited about what’s unfolding.

New dates and updates will be shared very soon. Thank you for your grace, your patience, and for being part of this growing community. The future is still ours and it’s bright.

With love and gratitude,
Christi Ketchum

JOIN US THIS WEDNESDAY AT 6pm and 1st and 3rd Wednesdaysof the month for Black Men Alive and Well support groups.

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe and honest forum for Black men to come together twice a month and discuss issues related to being a Black man in America. We will check in, get current, and talk about things that we may find difficult to discuss in other settings, experiencing the unique therapeutic value of one Black man helping another.

Topics of Discussion We will discuss a wide range of topics, including:

Fatherhood & Intimate Relationships
Sexuality & Stereotypes
Defining Masculinity
Anger & Communication
Loving ourselves and our people
Employment, Education, & Socializing
Our own internal dialogue
Our Goals

Examine Inherited Issues: We will look at issues we have inherited that tend to hold us back rather than move us forward.

Overcome Barriers: We will address self-defeating ways of thinking and behaving that interfere with accomplishing our goals.

Personal Growth: We will support each other to identify and become the best version of ourselves.

Mutual Support: We value the importance of giving and receiving honest and compassionate feedback.
