31 years. 799 issues. And somehow, we’re still finding things to say.
Outword has been telling the stories of Sacramento’s LGBTQ+ community since 1995 — through celebrations, losses, victories, changes and a whole lot of deadlines.

In his latest piece, Ron Tackitt reflects on what 31 years really means: the people we’ve met, the stories we’ve shared, the community that has grown alongside us and the simple act of just keeping the next issue coming.
