As House of Origin Week comes to a close, I’m proud to share that two of my bills have successfully passed the Assembly and are now advancing to the Senate.

βœ… AB 2310 – The Illicit Commercial Dumping Enforcement Act strengthens enforcement against large scale illegal dumping, holds violators accountable for cleanup costs, and helps protect communities from environmental harm.

βœ… AB 1808 – Western Joshua Tree Permitting streamlines the permitting process for homeowners, public works projects, and local governments when the removal or relocation of Western Joshua Trees is necessary for development.

I look forward to continuing to work with my colleagues in the Senate to advance these measures and deliver practical solutions for California communities.
