Today, SACOG Chair and City of Rocklin Councilmember, Jill Gayaldo, welcomed California Passenger Rail Summit attendees to the SACOG region. Hundreds from across California are gathering in Sacramento to learn and collaborate on vital rail projects that connect our communities.

Passenger rail is an important link that connects residents, workers, freight, and business. In the Sacramento region, leaders are focused on increasing services along Capitol Corridor and Valley Rail. Expansion is on the horizon for more trips and more stops with better connections for the future.
