Cox students are invited to participate in this year’s Texas PTA Reflections Program and show us what “What My Culture Means to Me” looks like through their own creativity.

Students can enter in:
💃 Dance Choreography
🎬 Film Production
📝 Literature
🎶 Music Composition
📷 Photography
🎨 Visual Arts

🏰 Reflections Night at Cox: September 30
📅 Entries Due: November 6

💻 NEW THIS YEAR: All entries will be submitted digitally!

Reach for the sky and help your grade fly! 🚀

Our first Spirit Night of the year is September 16 from 5–9 PM at Hat Creek, and we’re kicking off something new this year: The Road to Disney!

At every Spirit Night, your grade can earn Magic Money just by showing up:
✨ 1 Magic Money for each person in attendance
✨ 5 Magic Money for each teacher

The points add up all year long as each grade moves closer to the castle, and the winning grade level will earn an awesome prize at the end of the year!

Bring the family, grab dinner, let the kids play, and help your grade start earning Magic Money! Each person attending receives Magic Money, not just the studen.

What a fun way to kick off our first PTA Member Meeting of the year! 🐾💙

After taking care of a little PTA business, our members and their families got to enjoy an amazing visit from The Creature Teacher! We met a capybara, snake, frog, lizard, albino skunk, and even a kangaroo! 🦘

PTA membership does so much more than help fund programs, events, and extras for our students and school. It also gives your family the opportunity to join us for fun experiences like this throughout the year!

Not a member yet? There’s still plenty of time to join Cox PTA and be part of the fun!

⭐️ TONIGHT⭐️

🦎🐾 Our first PTA Member Meeting of the school year is coming up!

Join us Wednesday, September 2 at 6:30 PM at Cox Elementary. We’ll spend the first part of the evening going over upcoming PTA events and reviewing the budget, then the fun begins with Creature Teacher — an interactive animal experience for the whole family!

Kids are welcome! Childcare will be available in the gym during the meeting, and they can join you afterward for Creature Teacher.

🍽️ Please eat dinner beforehand — food will not be served.

This meeting is open to all Cox PTA members. We’d love to see you there!

The classroom in each grade with the most student PTA memberships by August 31 will win popsicles for the entire class! That means one winning classroom from every grade!
