Gardeners of Rutland, check out this opportunity to learn about community composting and hear from local composting educators and experts! The event is put on by the Vermont Community Garden Network at the College of St. Joseph on Tuesday October 4th.

If you noticed the onions in the community plot disappeared, don't worry, our volunteer coordinator harvested them and donated them to Discount Food of Rutland. Thanks again to Rutland Discount Food and Liquidation Center for making the Northwest Community Garden possible!

Harvested the first eggplant (also known as aubergine) today during our Youth Garden Drop in Session!!! Stop by next Tuesday and Thursday to learn about earth systems and take home some tasty veggies.
